Did you know that Chesterfield County requires annual inspection of your backflow device?

One of our neighbors has recommended Craig Gerow, 804-690-5865 of Gerow Enterprises. Greg will inspect your backflow, turn on your irrigation, and submit the test report to the county. For special pricing, you must mention you are an Old Hundred Mill resident.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Cutting trees down - Please remember that permission must be obtained to cut trees down in your yard. Use the ARC form (See Forms & Contacts)
Fences - Fences must be approved by the Community Board. Please use ARC form (See Forms & Contacts)
Trailers - Community covenants require Trailers to be parked behind your house. County ordinances do not allow them on the street.
Toys - Please keep toys behind your house when not in use.
Basketball hoops - For safety reasons, hoops should be located in your driveway, not in the street.
Street Parking - Please try to park your cars in your driveway. Cars in the street encourage theft and vandalism. As children often play in the streets, cars parked in the street represent a safety hazard.
Commercial Trucks - Chesterfield County ordinances prohibit parking commercial vehicles in the street. Like trailers, commercial trucks should be parked behind your home.
