One of our neighbors has recommended Craig Gerow, 804-690-5865 of Gerow Enterprises. We are told that for $50 he will inspect your backflow, turn on your irrigation, and submit the test report to the county.  (as of 2015)  You must mention you are a Old Hundred Mill residentIf you've done your research or paid for this service in the past, you'll recognize this as a pretty good deal.
